Explanation notes

SlideMagic has 2 types of notes that you can add to a slide.

  1. Speaker notes (for the presenter during a presentation, see this topic)
  2. Explanation notes

The latter are to clarify a slide for when you are not present in person when the recipient views it. To access the explanation notes, tick the SHOW TEXT BOX link at the bottom right of the slide. The notes panel will slide out. Clicking HIDE TEXT BOX will slide it back in.

Remember: speaker notes can be messy and are for you: explanation notes need to be crafted carefully since they will be visible to the audience.

When previewing, playing, or PDF-ing a presentation, the app remembers the current setting for the slider. If they are out on your edit screen, the will be out as well in the PDF or onscreen presentation.
